I’m adding the hot new BlackBerry Bold to my wishlist until the 3G iPhone is revealed. This is the BlackBerry that everyone has been waiting for: 3G/WiFi/GPS/480×320 display/2 megapixel camera/Bluetooth 2.0 and all the typical BlackBerry functions that has made BlackBerries so addictive.

In high school I was really into airplanes and really wanted to get into RC planes but never had the money. Now as an adult I have the money but don’t have the time - but if I did I’d buy an RC plane and the Pilot View FPV 2400. It’s a wireless camera you can mount on a RC plane which transmits real-time video back to the goggles so it’s like you’re sitting in the pilots seat. A very cool and expensive toy!

I’m in the market for a new HDTV and space is an issue so I think this Hitachi 1.5 Ultrathin Flatscreen HDTV would be perfect to mount on the wall. The 1.5 represents the depth of the panel which is 1.5 inches - the thinnest HDTV you can buy… that is, until Sony makes there .2mm OLED TV available in larger sizes.

I have aspirations to be the next independent, maverick filmmaker like Robert Rodriguez and this crazy looking video camera called the Scarlet by RED (a company founded by the founder of Oakley) would definitely help get me there. This is supposed to be the more “affordable” version of the original RED camera which is making waves across the indie film production scene and Hollywood.

The hot news today is that version 2 of the Aliph Jawbone bluetooth headset is coming soon. I have the original Jawbone
, which I like other than the fact that it’s huge and inconvenient to carry around.

My wife got a Nikon D40
for Christmas and I’ve been using it from time-to-time. It’s a cool camera that takes amazing photos. But this Olympus E420 is supposedly the smallest and lightest DSLR on the market, so I’m adding it to my wishlist.
